    I’m guessing it’s more a contractual obligation than it is a matter of patience or booking slots. If I’m not mistaken, it’s the problem of the drilling contractor not NWE and they’ve got to deliver with add costs for risks and faults etc. If the BOP was under capacity as per WE3 that’s a different story…. Please Correct me if I’m wrong
