With Lead E having the potential to cross the boundary between the STX/WGO EP and the NWE/MIN EP426 then it would be in the interests of all concerned to work harmoniously together in relation to the sharing of the Drill Rig.
I would expect that the management of these companies are talking to each other and that their won't be any issue because of the delay caused by the cement.
