Does FYI have other things it's working on to build value outside of this with Alcoa, or is this it?
The thing they are working on with EGR for example, is that separate or included in this term sheet?
It says on the bottom of the announcement that the JV is the sole vehicle for all HPA activities for both companies. What are we outside of this?
What happens after phase 3 if they expand to build more plants etc. - do we get 35% of the profits etc and have to contribute 35% of the costs or is the phase 3 plant all we are ever going to get?
