I doubt that any parliament is going to overturn a ban on U mining at the upcoming autumn session.
I'd say the first thing they will want to do is commission & then review an Enviro impact study. Then more than likely it will go to a vote on whether to hold a referendum.
If a referendum then the public get to vote.....if you think there will be a short term decision on this....You're simply dreaming....
