"Some back of the envelope calculations."
Please get serious and check my calculations.
The spreadsheet updates the metal values on a refresh, the top calculations are for the 1st of October and the bottom for the 30 th. of September.
I expect that most of you know that the spreadsheet can be reused as a template for new and or additional data.
I have repeated the calculations as I have complaints that the text and numbers are too small.
Note formulae in cells J20, P20 and Y20. .
Mining companies should report the Density of the orebody, then we can get a better understanding of the inground value of the orebody.
We can work with volumes and not Mass.

Define: Variable Units
Value = Value of the ore US$ per cubic meters
Volume = Orthogonal (LengthX width X Depth) Cubic meters
Density = weight / cubic meters Tonnes per cubic meters
n = number of intervals Integer
To determine orthogonal measurements we have to defined cartesian coordinates of the top of the ore and interpolate the corresponding
vertical distance and metal grade to the bottom.
