Hey #lounge_act and others for that matter. I can only see one side of these posts, but I am guessing you are engaged in some sort of back and forth with Fritzl. I have had to put him on ignore due to his antics of the past couple of weeks which has been quite revealing. Can I suggest you don't engage him as this is exactly what he is after and better people than you and I have gone down this path and lost.
The recent negative articles in the Australian has really put him on the front foot, but at the same time, I believe also revealed his true motives and encouraged me to do a little bit of digging.
1. Since joining the HC, every single post he has made (approx 700) have all been related to MNS which suggests to me that he not an investor.
2. He claims to hold MNS shares, but given his view on this company and it's leadesrhip and lack of direction, it is very unlikely that any investor would choose to invest in this company with his view which means he is either lying about holding or he has come into a parcel of shares via other means.
3. If the latter, then this poses some intrigue into his relationship with Frank. Fritzl has alluded on many occasions that he has knowledge of Frank that the rest of are not privy too. It might be possible that his holdings come from previous employment with MNS. This has been raised with some convinction by other posters who have since moved on.
4. Fritzl's postings during the recent negative press in the Australian bordered on hysterical as it seemed as though this was his moment to bring Frank down. These rantings made it very clear that this was not the musings of a disgruntled investor, but rather someone with a deeply held grudge seeking revenge.
5. He has clearly doubled down on his stance as the share price has taken a slight dip and the recent press which suggests he is selective when he ramps up his attacks. During this period, he is looking to engage people with his low content, provocative posts to try and raise the hackles of other posters and engage them in meaningless low content back and forth.
6. he is not an educated person (his butchery of the English langauge and limited expression support this), but he is very good at manipulating other posters. When asked questions or asked to substantiate his views, he is very adept at avoiding this by asking a question in return to distract his counterpart and at the same time avoiding the original question posed to him.
7. It has also become evident that he is afforded some protection by HC moderators. Some previous posts with a past combatant had basically accused this poster of seeking certain sexual encounters with FP yet went unmoderated. Numerous complaints have been made against Frtizl which ultimately resulted in the complainants being banned from HC. So it does seem as though he is not without his supporters. Paid troll? Possibly.
8. What is without fact is that Fritzl holds a very deeply set grudge against Frank for something that has happened in the world beyond investing. He is hellbent on revenge and is using this forum and unsuspecting posters who engage him to help his spread his venom.
There are very few worthwhile posters left in this forum. Those who did offer positive insights have long moved on through frustration that this has been hijacked by Fritzl and just as badly, the people who make unsubstantiated upramping and predictions about the short term movement of the MNS Share Price. The best thing we can all do is pop them on ignore. It makes some threads a little disjointed, but if no-one engages then it will all settle down and maybe the educated may return.
If you are reading this Fritzl, don't bother replying as I won't see it. I am afraid the past couple of weeks revealed your true motivations.
