    Thanks for your considered reply..

I have discovered a lack of transparency with TSV that went much higher than I would of conceived.

Just the association between Latent and TSV is too much. Basically answering to the same people.

Then, the whole Top20 would definitely know every to and fro of this company, before investors. Most of them share board rooms one way or another.

The end game is not something I speculated too much on - because without proof - you sound foolish quick.

    1. Accumulation would be one theory. Backed up with slowing the schedule. They haven't got approval for 3d's yet. 3d's would provide a huge boost for shareholder confidence. Monty, a specialist in this, has been at Latent for two years.
    So-- rush the garbage.
    Take time on the gold.

    2. Cap raising for sophisticated investors - that is - themselves. They could be waiting for one more 15% dilution before they let the sp fly.

    3. Latent taking over TSV - doubt it. Listed companies will give a better return quicker.

    4. Arkie had it closer - TSV is a vehicle. They could float Latent through TSV. Again - first dibs to the boys club - keeping TSV's 10% cheaper means the 25% would float cheaper.

Converting oppies - we have all stated this makes no sense.
But they may need to to keep the voting power sufficient whilst selling.

BUT - I think end game is something better judged later. I have found plenty of end games from this bunch. I'm satisfied with the fact that shareholders are enlightened to the possibility of collusion. (and maybe they know this)

But ultimately....why ask me why all the cloak and dagger.

TSV should be justifying this, not me.

    Lastly,

    reddragon- "hardly a revelation."
I agree, but still...why accept it?

STOCKROX - loads of time on my hands???
Perhaps what you should consider is what may take you days will take me hours.

Going forward- my largest holding by value is TSV.
I still intend to get my 10 bagger from this.
Expecting our company to be upfront is not unreasonable.
