I do get your point about bringing on a CR after the effect of the permit is realised.
I think your target figure is too low though. We are staring down the barrel of 7 cents if the US congress can stop its bickering about the debt ceiling and the two stimulus packages and I will be very disappointed if the P is not at double figures after the permit decision is made and the permit granted.
I still have a target goal of 10-12 cents at the end of the year.
