Anyone happen to have some on-site intel RE commissioning?

I'm quite disappointed the September 30 deadline has passed and not a peep from management on status of commissioning. Given this is arguably the biggest milestone in the company's history, I'd say the silence is border line in breach of continuous disclosure requirements. The fact I have to resort to asking the question on a public forum just adds insult to injury. Sure I could contact the company on Monday, but they shouldn't be telling me anything the rest of shareholders don't already know......

Come Monday if no announcement I will be contacting the company and advising of my disappointment.
