Wierd name change. There is no need to change the name, unless you don't want people to look up your history, and make a fresh start.
dual listing will be good to raise capital, I'm expecting a capraise a month or two after listing in us. Eventually aussie shareholders will get diluted out of existence and have no say. The company will move headquarters to us, and off record information flow will reduce to Aussie investors. Thats normally how it works
