Announcement surely relates to a small Capital Raising as indicated earlier (several months ago in a Quarterly. Probably will be a placement with no retail component for existing holders. This will take the project through to the end of BFS stage and fund some ongoing exploration. After the BFS is completed, TTR will secure the major project funding which in all probability will be a package of debt and equity. By that time the share price will be significantly higher.
At the moment there seems to be plenty of debt funding available for the junior mining projects with far less stringent terms than 12 months ago.
Can't imagine that this placement has been secured without the Scoping Study being tabled. So expect that to be released at the same time as Capital Raising Announcement is made.
