ASIC doesn't believe you have a right to express your opinion, if your opinion is intended to impact the SP of an ASX listed company.
And, given that you don't hold shares in this company, it's hard to fathom how you expressing your opinion is anything other than an attempt to influence the SP.
Are you one of those who say they spend time on internet forums bashing companies they don't own because they care deeply about "keeping management accountable"?
There's only one rational reason for non-holders to criticise the management of companies they don't own...and it's illegal.
