Excerpt from the announcement of the JV: The parties want to advance the parallel development of a demonstration plant (with a capacity of ~ 1,000 tpa HPA, at a location yet to be confirmed) and a large-scale production plant with a capacity of ~ 8,000 tpa HPA. My thoughts: The magic word for project development is the & parallel development & of the project. That will save a lot of time!
