Just speculating;
It may be the water hole drilling that has swayed them to perhaps drill Galactica first.
Information from perhaps water hole drilling around Galactica.
Perhaps it confirmed the He nature of that non combustible gas in hole drilled years ago.
If that is the case, I am all for drilling the least risky hole first.
I just wished management would be more explicit on what is driving their thinking and decisions.
