Fact 1. The leader of MNS has been reported in numerous newspapers of making claims in announcements to the ASX which are factually incorrect. Only one clarification announcement (regarding funding) was made to the ASX by the company.

Fact 2 . The same leader of MNS has been reported as being investigated by ASIC. No clarification announcement has been made by the company to the ASX regarding this apparent incident. Anyone that has any idea about how ASIC work know they don't execute search warrants without evidence and the fact no charges have been laid to date means nothing. ASIC take ages to lay charges even if they have evidence.

Fact 3..Many posters on this HC Forum including FreeFkyer NZ post logical and detailed information about why they no longer hold MNS. They continue to get attacked by other posters on the HC Forum.

Fact 4. There is continual suspicions trading on CommSec in MNS shares. Very small parcels (less than 10) continue to be bought and sold.

Fact 5. The friend that tipped me into MNS (I've sold out at a profit some time ago after losing faith in the company) and who has been invested in it for over 5 years will be selling his 1.5 million shares on market this week at a loss as he has lost any remaining faith he had in the company over these latest developments.
