No - look at the last options exercise notice and it shows (on the final page) the progressive running totals for both shares (including options exercised) and options still outstanding - shows 15,364,028 options still to go...
Once an option is exercised, it ceases to be an option and immediately becoimes a share which the company applies to have listed. So the number shown is the progreessive options remaining.
