I think a management shake up is definately needed ... start with Foley by not voting for his re-appointment.
They need a clear message that shareholders do have power.
Human nature shows that we can all get comfortable and lazy maintaining the status quo ... a fright might be just what the doctor ordered (and Lynch should drag his arse back to Oz ... living in Dubai is utter nonsense).
