Correction, you are never the item, thing you are given.

    "Of"
= You are never the item, thing, that you are of. -> For I have not spoken of myself; but the Father which sent me, he gave me a commandment, what I should say, and what I should speak.

Jesus refers to these words as 'the word" Luke 8:12-13 and in no way does he hint at himself being what he was Given.
    -----------

The Word became flesh and made His dwelling among us.
And the word flesh became and Tabernacled IN (among) us and we beheld the Glory of him, Glory as only begotten from the Father full of grace and truth.

Part of the Word (plan) flesh became -> Eph 3:9 And to make all men see what is the fellowship of the mystery, which from the beginning of the world hath been hid in God, who created all things.

Glory1:14 is the word ->John 17:22 - And the glory which thou gavest me I have given them; that they may be one, even as we are one:

The only way you become one as they are one is by accepting and abiding in the word.

Glory as only begotten from the Father -> And Jesus answered and said unto him, Blessed art thou, Simon Barjona: for flesh and blood hath not revealed it unto thee, but my Father which is in heaven.

John 1:14 is a cross ref of John 14:10-> Believest thou not that I am in the Father, and the Father in me? the words that I speak unto you I speak not of myself: but the Father that dwelleth in me, he doeth the works.

1:14 - The word/glory John 1:1 was in the Human Temple.

Another cross reference for John 1:14 -> Ex 40:34 - Then a cloud covered the tent of the congregation, and the glory of Yahweh filled the tabernacle.
Glory/word, filled the Tent->Jesus in 1:14 and without measure John 3:34. (God's word being spirit).

1:14 effectively has dual references, the word/glory -> (God) and Jesus = Emmanuel, two totally different individuals.
No reference to the Holy Spirit as that is the One Almighty God and Father.
God dwelling in the Human Temple.
    Acts 2:22 -
Ye men of Israel, hear these words; Jesus of Nazareth, a man approved of God among you by miracles and wonders and signs, which God did through him in the midst of you, as ye yourselves also know:
