I may start a Hydrogen thread. At the moment I have several days reading of H2 powered ICE engines, research papers. When I am completely up to speed, I will see if I can let you know. At the moment a large problem is burn rate. Because H2 burns so fast it causes backfiring via the manifold. This can be cured by altering the valve timing, Liquid Hydrogen injection, or having a separate valve and manifold for the Hydrogen gas. the saving grace is that Hydrogen has a higher calorific value, than the ubiquitous hydrocarbon we are so familiar with.
