Bahay has acknowledged the lack of communications and the reasoning behind it was because the restructure was in the works.
he has stated in the last presentation that over the coming three months he will be doing more pr work around how PWN fits into the macro environment. I think right now, it's ambiguous to those who don't spend 10's of hours looking into the company, so this can only he a good thing.
