Once again, a stock can only be manipulated (eg capped) if there is a lack of buyers. A total of 200K shares has gone through this morning, that is nothing. In order for the shareprice to move, there needs to be 5x that volume. No amount of capping (if in fact that is occurring) would work then.

I can't help but sense that people resort to the manipulation theory when a stock isn't behaving the way they believe it should be. It is a way of laying the blame on someone else for their own investment decision. I used to see it alot at the casino, where blackjack players were blamed by other on the table for "poor" decision makers supposedly leading to everyone's loss. Psychologist have studied this behaviour and it is a way of transfering blame, which humans love to do. We do it to preserve our self-image.
