Look up Keeweenaw on google...... Native copper in lava flows.
The world's largest native copper mines in fact - which reportedly produced 80% of North America's copper for many years.
Copper being reactive and soluble is rarely found as raw copper but more commonly in sulphides such as Caribou Dome.
What we do know this early is that its over a big area with first drill holes 1,100m and 300m apart and all 4 holes hitting native copper in lava flows.
