Brainchip are not telemarketers... they aren't going to "sell you this pen"... I don't know what to tell you but tech companies are a little more complicated than what you have seen in Wolf of Wall street or your job in retail sales at Harvey Norman.
Also CEO's with the right technical acumen don't grow off trees. They need the right guy or gal to steer the company in the right direction. Takes a very long time to find this person and to do so quietly while also steering the company in the mean time.
