I'm not too sure about the real losses just yet, ARR International has just about zero debt. Arasor Corp still owes a s$%t load, but hey... it can be bankrupted without any claims to ARR International!
So what's left?; The IP and what it can facilitate = 35% of a spin out and a 51% jv.
How much do you put on the IP? thoughts?
