This is complete and utter nonsense. Wholly Foreign Owned Enterprises (WFOE's) have been around for decades. Foreign companies can be 100% owned and controlled in China.

Such misinformation just adds to the spread of anti-China journalism that the unwashed masses just soak up. As a journalist, if you are just going to make shit up like this, you really should seek an alternative career.

This is also the reason that fake news is so prevalent today. Everyone is just so lazy to fact check anything. I can't believe that presenter just makes stuff like this up. Total lack of credibility.
