Yes they can be and are. They found "as good as it gets" salt water and they would say there's plenty more where that came from.
The interesting thing now is that they have had enough of wasting shareholders money on water wells. They are entertaining farm-ins. That means they are preserving funds for directors fees.
A very good corporate strategy.
