    As KOKO so eloquently put...

"If you truly believe in the company, averaging down may make sense if you want to increase your holdings in the company. Accumulating more stock at a lower price makes sense if you plan to hold it for a long period."

In the case of FML -- huge amounts of gold have been taken from the Coolgardie diggings -- but there were numerous individual tenements -- now FML have picked these disparate holdings and they are both developing the ore extraction process and at the same time conducting further exploration in a much more cohesive fashion.
This new exploration phase will, at some time, extend below the 200 metre level, which is mainly "new territory."

The questions is.....Given the high grades of ore already taken from the Kalgoorlie - Boulder - Coolgardie districts, could there be larger deposits underneath the already proven areas?

Odds are that there is more. When this is proven, mine-life will be extended and the SP should reflect these new finds.

In the case of FAR - patience will be required. The resource - OIL +/- GAS is irreplacable for Industry, Transport & Plastics. Not much downside from the current levels..

Meanwhile at 21:25 Gold is still bumping along just above USD 1,015 per oz....

    good luck all
