Too much uninformed personal criticism of AS & BOD. Their rate of progress is ultimately governed by the bureaucrats in EFC with their myriad of conditions precedent for the project financing for stage 2. EGR would be working through the complicated maze as expeditiously as possible. I doubt they would want to get underway with Stage 1 until that is sorted out. I am confident it will happen but the bureaucrats are a law unto themselves and will operate at their pace no matter what. Same with their stable mates at NAIF. Look at the history of some of the projects that did ultimately get funded.
