i rang the company, i spoke to someone there & then rang blackwood capitol as i wanted some shares at 3 cents as well !!

the company seems to be one of those shells that operate out of some little office registered/address i could be wrong, they suggested they might have a share purchase plan ?

but it would appear they are out of their depth, management is changing rapidly & will do so more i believe.

firstly ocre investments, now blacwoods have taken control & not to forget TAM whom is now a new 50% shareholder ?

& dont tell me the deal wont go through !!

when i spoke to blackwoods i was told no way would there be a share purchase plan, so you tell me who's in control ? these guys & their clients are tipping in 6 mil & they play for keeps but its not all negative for share holders. shares were 2cents when ocre got in with millions of shares & oppies given to them for their advisory skills then TAM & blackwood got in between 2-3 cents & the company chaneged hands share price doubled, who's going to vote against that ?

ocre gave ABU 200k till the end of the year interest free just for working capitol, so it could function. how many people you know in the business world go round loaning out thousands at no interest ? now think who's in control, IMO it aint you me or the old board !!!
