$1.40 would be a great deal for a buyer. I think a good chunk of a potential acquisition has been priced in, I feel like the SP should be around $1 to $1.1.
I'd guess that Crescent will be holding out for more money however. Cardno have really turned things around these last 2 years by cutting out fringe activities and focussing more on the environmental/infrastructure side of things.
My estimate is $1.8-$2 for the time being. Given there are multiple unsolicited offers, Crescent will likely play them against each other and get out at the highest price
