So, effectively s&g accusing a2 management in that they knew without a doubt beforehand that pushing sales through daigou channel will negatively impact sales in that channel and that in its turn will negatively effect CBEC channel as well. As a note this is exactly what a2 management was saying when they explained downgrades. So, a2 is saying they did not know that this would happen because it's hard to see what is going on in daigou channel and revised their guidance as information become available and s&g is saying that they did know that this would happened long before it did. Hmm, does s&g has a chance?
