The broker also points out consensus has been factoring in a -25% decline in earnings per share despite a strong housing cycle and firm order book.Citi reiterates a Buy rating and raises the target to $16.80 from $13.80.FORECASTCiti forecasts a full year FY22 dividend of 55.00 cents and EPS of 75.40 cents.Citi forecasts a full year FY23 dividend of 68.30 cents and EPS of 92.20 cents.
Citi seems to be a believer. forecasting eps of 92.2c in FY23, that's about 14x fc PE(FY23) right now
