The contrast between the communication pre and post the AFR article is stark, to me.
I’m still trying to work out who AXE is in light of Alice’s ‘retirement’, the distribution to shareholders, the placement and SPP and the shift in communication.
I agree with you about Itech. If the Itech arrangement was in shareholders best interest then bravo. But if no other options were explored other than gift AXE shareholder ‘assets’ to another group of Adelaide execs to manage then that’s not good enough, imv. Particularly in light of this placement and SPP.
The placement was oversubscribed, blah blah blah (to quote Greta). Please don’t talk crap. And why does it matter if it was?
If there was that much interest you’d put 5% in the hands of someone that has to announce a sub holding. Someone sticky.
I want English gone. ASAP.
