Replying to 2105 on the other tread. I have previously raised issues with the corporate governance of AXE due to the lack of independence and small size of its' board. I welcome any appointments that brings experience, expertise and independence to the board. Bernadette Harkin meets this criteria and would like to see more as best practice is 75% independent. I am not calling for resignations but expansion. These board members are incentivised by the issue of 1,500,00 unlisted options and not the $60,000 directors fee. More appointments like todays, for such a small cost short term, will allow AXE the best possible chance of long term success.
