It isn't. Some SPP's have closed so far above the market price that the embarrassed companies involved have adjusted the buy price . This has been an ex gratia offer and I don't know if this would happen in the case of AXE as the retail managers paid $1.45 for their placement.
Pity, I never thought AXE would fall back to this price.
