That was not at all what happened.

My post was that my first impressions of the annual report were that the results contained within were "a dogs breakfast".

Understandably the CEO would be upset by that, but to go on an extraordinary attack spree on linkedin (he suggested I was insane, unemployed, ex employee and more) is pure madness!

And then to state his opinion as a self professed legal expert that he considered my post defamation (despite it clearly not being defamation) is really quite amazing.

Let's not forget he attacked another poster here on LinkedIn for posting a meme.

Any damage to the company brand is his to wear alone.

I'd be very dissapointed with this behaviour if I was a current shareholder
