No there are no restrictions on buying or selling Sulmar....

But when a large holder comes in and starts spruiking "his opinion"and keeps his holdings under the 5% ruling, when he gets questioned as a holder did yesterday he and his followers spit the dummy out...

Holding over 5% would be a lot more credible instead of being a high cashed up trader who wants everyone to love him and what he does for everyone else by way of donating to charities and giving GOOD info of his opinion but can sell and buy back and minipulate how he wants with the holding he has obtained and being under 5% no one would ever know.
