The next trench is to secure the EXIM letter to move to phase II, it seems based on MJs comments and interviews, that this letter is the real critical point of the project.

I would assume, that the purpose of Bacchus was to also prepare for phase II of the EXIM process as well as the initial phase. For Bacchus they were paid in shares (14 million, if I understand correctly) and post Dec 2021 will need to be on a retainer.

Paradoxically, the focus should be on Bacchus during the next stage (until end of Nov 2021) in how they value the project. Bacchus are the critical piece in building the base of the project (from financing etc) and are selling their fee in the overall success or failure of the project. At this point, MJ is clearly open to any solution to move it forward, so it will be interesting to see what Bacchus`s conclusion is?

For the rest of us through this thread we can see all the opinions forming from Football`s "I invested in a 20 million company not a 60 million unrealistic company" to my one "250 million sale" to others stating "IBG is a technology company, the Amazon of Zinc". The one thing we have in common, we are all having fun.......
