The $200m is already filled at $13.50. The remaining $20m which is for 'us' might not be filled but I can't see that being a problem for Vulcan, it was likely offered just to keep 'us' involved should we wish. No stress. As discussed above, the share price after the last CR did the same. Burning the short term traders and rewarding the long. I'm sure that this will play out the same over time. It's just been a perfect storm with the market wobble of late too.
