Unfortunately SO4 is looking super-high risk at this stage. Production miracles are possible but they're usually in short supply. Taurus Funds Management are usurious opportunists & SO4 is in a difficult (dire) predicament. It's a sad situation.

I'm not a fan of Taurus (i.e. extortion lending). I suspect the T & C's associated with any financial arrangements involving SO4 will be a corporate spider web & Taurus will be at the ready to stick the fangs in.
