That’s funny, I could see Biden having trouble with all sorts of things, especially stringing together a coherent sentence as soon as his attention drifts from the Teleprompter....
The growth of EVs will continue and likely be limited by material supply in the coming years, so imo some issues with a green bill or similar won’t really matter in the scheme of things...
The tipping point is close, green bill or not!
