    You need to do some more research, Barry has never stated he's cracked Chalcopyrite he THINKS they should be able to. So why would they being patent tech which they haven't even successfully applied yet? clearly the IP relates to more then Chalcopyrite. Does the IP benefit leeching Chalcopyrite probably but it appears to benefit other copper types as well.

    So the original question would be why hasn't any of these other miners figured out this tech before since they have been leeching for decades.
