Yeah right, a cap raise to pay off the class action, you can just imagine the sales pitch: "Please deposit your hard-earned here, so that it can be given to some disgruntled former planners. If you prefer, you could even just give your assets directly to the former planners. Whatever is most convenient., just let us know".
