howdy viphar. Yep not a fan. They like small caps with potential and their fees and penalties are steep, often converting to extremely cheap shares then dumping them into every pumped run up (not proven but widely believed by rumours starting with YA) that the sp makes. As koro says, have a look at ADY's experience. I think CVI was a YA Global too.

Short term the commitment will likely work in PEN's favour but long term YA's involvement changes the nature of the trade.
