Seen this before, penny stock such as ANL being traded in US on "pink slip" or "over the counter" is in vast majority of cases P&D scheme. Lack of progress and lack of information released to the market by the management makes this stock easy target for crooks who spend a lot of time thinking of new and creative ways for next P&D scheme.
