oscar, you are right i have a perfect example, i 1st bought rio at 113, it then shot up to 150 i did not sell, it then got belted to 75 grabbed some more, it then got smashed to 30 i got even more..i then participated in rights issue and have an avg of around $40 i am now sitting a good profit and the fundemantals of rio tell me there is more to come from this coy.. so my case of averaging down on rio has worked for me.
