How are others valuing this company? I'd be really keen to hear others thoughts. It's obviously a SAAS company, but not a traditional B2C SAAS like Xero - as there is a pitch and win aspect, rather than an easy signup - B2B.
A traditional metric for valuing a SAAS is ARR x multiplier.
- 16.6x being the average of 2020
- 12.0x being the average for B2B
So if we take this mornings starting point, a valuation of pretty much 200m for an SP of .16c with a ARR of 48.6m.
That would equate to;
12x 48.6m = MC of 806m and an SP of 0.64c
How are others getting there? Are you using ARR or something else?
