This will also mean asset holding value will be between $200M ($5b float/market cap) and $300M ($7.5b float/market cap).
PAC current market cap is $376M and they will have the extra cash at bank.
I believe they will have the ability to buy a boutique at around the $100M mark with all of their current cash on the balance sheet or consider paying a $2 special dividend.
