Pure speculation on my behalf but when you get professional holders with very long timeframes (using other peoples' money), they will start selling shares between their numerous accounts to get the SP down so they can scoop up more. New hodlers sometimes buy in and set stop losses, some parties can access where they sit and trigger them by selling...
