Here are the key terms:
@gregfloorworld you were right, I was ambitious with GQG FUM. Prospectus has FUM at $US85.8B at the end of September, $US2.9B drop from August (or 3.2% fall against 4% in global markets or MFG’s quarterly drop of 4.5% in USD terms). I suspect this is why he stated they performed better than benchmarks.
It does keep intact GQG’s continued positive quarterly FUM growth record, June-21 was $USD84.735B to Sep-21 was $USD85.8B, $1.065B growth or 1.25%. This beats MFG by almost 6% for the quarter on a large pool of FUM.
Upon listing FUM will automatically grow by at least $AUD1B due to Rajiv and Tim reinvesting proceeds.
Rajiv Jain will also make the Fortune Top 500 list next year. It will be interesting to see his rise up this list.
